Men's Basketball Player of the Year The Mike Moser Memorial Trophy, dedicated in honour of the late University of Waterloo basketball player, is presented to the Outstanding Male Basketball Player. The award was first awarded posthumously to Mike Moser.
Men's Basketball Rookie of the Year The Dr. Peter Mullins Trophy is presented to a first-year player who has exhibited exemplary skill and leadership. The award was first presented following the 1987-88 season.
Men's Basketball Coach of the Year The Coach of the Year award is presented annually based on their overall record, leadership, contribution and overall team improvement. The Stuart W. Aberdeen Memorial Trophy is dedicated in memory of the former head coach of the Acadia University Axemen (1958-66). The winner is selected by the Men's Basketball Coaches' Association.
Men's Basketball Student-Athlete Community Service The Ken Shields Award is presented to reward excellence in the student-athlete. The recipient exhibits outstanding achievement in three areas: basketball, academics and community involvement. The selection is made by the Men's Basketball Coaches' Association
MVP of Championship Tournament This award is presented to the most valuable player in the National Championship Tournament. Since 1989 the award has been named the Jack Donohue Trophy. Donohue was Head Coach of Canada's National Men's Team from 1972 to 1988. Jack Donohue passed away in 2003.
R.W. Pugh Fair Play Award The award recognizes fair play at the National Championship Tournament. Men's basketball award winners were first recognized in 2010.
